Divine
Word and St. Noel parishes in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland are
searching for a full-time coordinator of youth ministry to direct one
youth ministry program for both parishes based upon the eight goals of
comprehensive youth ministry. The ministry involves both junior-high
and high school groups with regular meetings and retreat components.
Required skills include: commitment to pastoral work with young people,
communication and listening skills, and a sound understanding of
Catholic theology and practice. Education requirements include: training
in theology and catechetics with experience in youth ministry. Pay range
$30,000-$40,000 plus benefits. The position begins 1 July 2010. Forward

This full time position involves 75% youth ministry and 25%
webmaster work. The successful
candidate will be responsible to develop comprehensive youth
ministry according to the USCCB document Renewing the Vision for
Catholic Youth Ministry. This
position involves serving as a member of the pastoral staff
responsible to the Pastor. It
includes working in a secondary role for
the parish confirmation program and existing high school
catechetical program. St. Joan of
