YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
"Together We Can" |
Young Adult Faith
Formation experience for men & women, single or married, in their 20’s & 30’s.

“If you have faith as
small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be
uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you” ~Luke
17:6
Purpose of
Young Adult Faith Formation:
The Young Adult Faith Formation Series is unique in that it provides
young adults a place to share their faith with one other in a small
group setting of six to eight people. Through this experience,
participants often discover how God is revealed to them and each
other in the everyday experiences of life.
For Who:
Women and men, in their 20s and 30s, single or married who want to
learn more about their faith and share with others how they meet or
miss God in the everyday. Although very important, this is not an
academic scripture course.
When and
Where:
April
12-May 17, Mondays. Full Contact YAFF! Mustard
Seed...Finding the Spirit in Everyday Life.
Join
with other young adults for timely discussion of real life
issues with mainstream movies, prayer, conversation, and
hands-on service events. Most sessions will meet at St.
Noel in Willoughby Hills, and begin with dinner at 6:00,
concluding by 8:45 (two of the weekly sessions to involve
off-site service events nearby). This is sure to be a
compelling 6-week encounter with the Spirit at work in our
lives!

YOUNG ADULTS IN
THE CITY: Service Opportunities
The Young Adults in the City
program
sponsors volunteer events around the diocese. We aim to match
the energy and talents of young adults (ages 18+) with many of the most
vulnerable people in the city of Cleveland and beyond. All young adults are
welcome to join us for one or many events. You can repack food at
the Cleveland Foodbank on Cleveland’s East Side,
sort medical supplies for redistribution around the world,
organize donations and inventory of baby supplies at crisis nursery,
Providence House or weed and plant at St. Thomas
Aquinas School, all helping individuals and families in need.
Many have found Young Adults in the City so enjoyable and enriching that
they’ve returned again and again. Opportunities are limited to 20 people, so
apply soon!
