SportsPilot Online Registration
Pastoral Designees use the link above which will take you to SportsPilot Online
window where you can sign in using your pastoral designee username and
password to register your teams and add coaches and athletes online.
SportsPilot Team and Athletes Data Online Instructions
Be sure to reference the Online Text Instructions as well as the
SportsPilot registration
presentation when creating your team entries. They have been revised to instruct you how and where to properly enter team blackout dates as well as other important registration information.
Summer Team Entry Deadlines
All summer teams must be registered online and payment made by
June 23, 2013. Be sure to submit your team confirmation form with your payment to your area office.
(The team confirmation form you need is in the team registration packet
information on the right).
Eligibility Request Forms are due June 23, 2013. We need them submitted
early so staff can review them for approval. We appreciate your
assistance in getting them submitted in a timely manner.
Fall Team Entry Deadlines
All fall teams must be registered online and payment made by
August 4, 2013. Be sure to submit your team confirmation form with your payment to your area office.

Summer Sports Roster Deadlines
All summer team rosters must be created and entered online by July 5, 2013. It is your responsibility to make sure and review the rosters with your coaches to be sure that all athletes have been entered on a roster in the sportspilot system.
Fall Sports Roster Deadlines
All fall team rosters must be created and entered online by August 16, 2013. It is your responsibility to make sure and review the rosters with your coaches to be sure that all athletes have been entered on a roster in the sportspilot system.

Final date to add any last minute athletes to summer rosters online is July
14, 2013.
Last day to add athletes to Fall
Sports Team Rosters
