GENERAL INFORMATION CYO Athletics offers a grade school soccer program for those girls in grades 4 - 8.  (See Player Eligibility Rules for guidelines).  Teams are formed from Catholic parishes, schools, or educational institutions in the Central, Eastern, and Western areas of the Diocese of Cleveland.  The CYO Soccer program is held in the spring and fall sport seasons.   Each season, teams are required to register with the CYO office.  Registration material is available at your area CYO office.  Girls soccer games are played at various fields throughout the CYO service area.  League formation is based upon geography and CYO competition rules (See Bylaw 2-8 for details).  A soccer schedule is prepared by the CYO office and mailed to the head coaches.  REGISTRATION INFORMATION DIVISIONS OF PLAY  Varsity                          8th grade - 7th grade Cadet                           6th grade - 5th grade - 4th grade TEAM FORMATION  See Bylaw 2-8 ENTRY PROCESS A team entry form, $315 entry fee, and eligibility request forms must be received from members by the stated Team Entry Deadline August 8, 2008. This fee MUST accompany your manual team entry.  Click this link to download Girl Soccer Team Entry form. Team eligibility rosters with completed pre-participation exam information must be received from members by the stated Eligibility Roster Deadline.  Eligibility Request forms MUST be completed for all out of parish athletes playing on your team and submitted to our office with your team entries.
