ANNUAL YOUTH RALLY FOR LIFE
Held on Monday, January 22,
2007, at Noon, on the S.W. Quadrant of Cleveland Public
Square.
Youth from the greater Cleveland area are
invited to voice their concerns on broad-spectrum pro-life
issues at the
rally.
Rally coordinators expect to
draw students from high schools, colleges and pro-life
groups to address such subjects as abortion, euthanasia,
infanticide, the death penalty, war/peace and any other
issue that affects the value and existence of human life.
Talks must be
under 5 minutes long. Presentations should reflect the
philosophy that life is a continuum from conception until
natural death and must therefore be enhanced, protected and
loved by every member of the human community. Anyone
wanting more information about the Rally, or an application
to speak at the rally, is advised to call

Study of Youth and Religion and what it reveals about
the faith of young people today, along with the

trainer, will lead the
workshop.

REFLECTION: On
Friday, 16 February, 2007, 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
at the St. Joseph Christian Life Center,
treat yourself to an evening with other adults who
minister with our Young Church. Led by Michael Theisen, we
will gather for an evening of prayer, reflection, support and
camaraderie! Together we can be sure that our children
will have faith and that our faith will have children!

SHARING FAITH WITH YOUNG
ADOLESCENTS
The
Sharing Faith with Young Adolescents National
Workshop Series will be in the Cleveland Diocese on March 14,
2007 at St. Adelbert
Parish Center, 66 Adelbert Street, Berea, OH 44017. The
program is designed for coordinators of religious education and youth
ministry and others interested in developing strong catechetical and
pastoral ministry with young adolescents (grades 6–8). Find new and
innovative ways to engage the hearts and minds of young adolescents.
Explore the latest methods and research for helping youth grow in their
Catholic faith identity. Apply the latest information on learning
styles to your ministry. Workshop Registration Fee: $39 (US)
per person includes lunch, refreshments, and workshop materials.

November 8-10, 2007, Columbus, Ohio
Take your youth two
hours South for a faith experience they will never forget! Lead
them to the 2007 NCYC, “Discover the Way (Descubre El Camino)”
8-10 November in Columbus, OH. Open to all Catholic high school
age youth and their chaperones. Space will be limited to the
first 200 pilgrims who register with a $75 deposit between Jan.
1-March 31. After that, groups/additions will be accepted on a
