Fr. Bill attended Corpus Christi grade school and graduated from St. Ignatius High School.  After high school he went to Ashland College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in marketing and management.
 
Fr. Bill went to Borromeo for one year as a pre-theology student and then spent the next five years at St. Mary's Seminary.  During his years at St. Mary's he ministered at several area parishes, schools and local not for profits. 

He was ordained to the priesthood in 1994.  His assignments included St. Anthony of Padua in Parma and Holy Cross in Euclid.  He transferred to St. Thomas More Church in 1999 where he was an associate pastor for one year and then became pastor in October of 2005.  He is also a spiritual director for some of the men at Borromeo and St. Mary's seminary.  
 
His parents, along with his two sisters and their families, live in the area.  He also has a dog who lives in the rectory named Clare.

Summer 2008 Volunteer Opportunities for

Single women ages 18–40

The Sisters of Notre Dame invite women, ages 18-40 to participate in a five-day program of summer service with the sisters.  Service sites include: 

  • Working with children in a crisis care center in Cleveland

  • Assisting with a summer bible camp for inner-city children in Los Angeles

  • Assisting with migrant ministry in Dayton and Toledo

Volunteer opportunities are available:

  • July 15-20, 2008, Leipsic, Ohio

  • July 15-20, 2008, Sheffield Township, Ohio

  • July 22-27, 2008, Dayton, Ohio

  • August 5-10, 2008, Los Angeles, California
