Congratulations to DCCS for Receiving the 2008 NCCS Quality Diocesan Award for
Region 6!
 The Catholic
Committee on Scouting
(CCS) of the Diocese of Cleveland is a church committee of concerned Catholic
lay people and clergy who see as their mission the constructive use of the
program of the
Boy Scouts of America as a viable form of youth ministry with the
Catholic youth of our diocese.
The diocesan committee is served by
the National Catholic Committee on Scouting. It reports to the bishop through
the diocesan
Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. It seeks to sustain and
strengthen the relationship between the local BSA councils and the Catholic
parishes in the diocese of Cleveland.

Rosary Patch Program
The Rosary Patch Series focuses on the
Mysteries of the Holy Rosary and Pray the
Rosary. This is an opportunity for youth and
adults to learn more about their faith. All
youths and adults can work on this activity
and earn the patch. This activity can be
worked on individually or as a group.
