Feeding Your Group
Breakfast...will be served every morning at our hotel while we are in Indianapolis.

For Lunch & Dinner... a boxed meal will be provided by our hotel on Thursday evening.  Concession stands will be open in a number of areas within the convention center from 12:00 pm-6:00 pm on Thursday and 11:00 am-6:30 pm on Friday and Saturday. These stands will offer an array of items including snack items, fruit, sandwiches, pizza, salads, and burgers. Indianapolis also has a large number of restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the convention center. Do not overlook hotel restaurants which are likely to be running meal specials during the conference.  In addition, a limited number of concession stands will be open at the stadium offering cold beverages and items like pizza, hotdogs, and nachos. Again, the stadium food will not be as affordable as food purchased elsewhere, but it will be available.

Late Night Snacks...Realizing that teens are teens and often hungry, you should give serious consideration to providing some kind of snack (or meal) for your group in the evenings when you return to your hotel.
