Young Adults in the City - ALL IN THEIR 20’S AND 30’S

The Young Adults in the City program, sponsored by the Youth & Young Adult Ministry and CYO Office, offers service opportunities for young adults  who want to share their time, talent and energy with those in need.  Many past participants have found Young Adults in the City so enjoyable and enriching that they've returned again and again.  Opportunities are limited to only 15-20 people, so apply soon!

On Sat. February 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., volunteer with St. Vincent De Paul Society. (A Catholic lay organization that invites women and men to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering.)  Volunteers will be working at the St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store located at 6610 Biddulph Rd, Brooklyn, OH 44144.

Those volunteering will: greet and help customers find items in the store; check-in and check-out clothing and furniture; sort and hang clothing and take to retail floor; sort, clean up and/or test donated electronic items before putting on floor.
