St. Augustine Manor - provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care to 248 individuals. Medicare and Medicaid certified. Member of the Eden Alternative.

St. Augustine Towers -  99 gracious, affordable assisted living apartments. All inclusive monthly rates.

St Augustine Manor Child Enrichment Center - child care for ages 6 months to Pre-School Head Start Program; intergenerational program. Recognized by ODJFS Step-up to Quality; County vouchers accepted.

Holy Family Home - Provides end of life care to terminally ill individuals without charge to the patient or their family. Holy Family is funded through the generosity of benefactors.

Holy Family Hospice - Cuyahoga County’s only Catholic faith-based hospice, providing a unique level of spirituality to bring comfort and peace to patients and their families as they enter the next phase of life's journey.

Did You Know?

In 2004 Celebrated its 35th anniversary. Over 700 hundred individuals were served at the 248-bed St. Augustine Manor long-term care and rehabilitation facility and 99 assisted living apartments of St. Augustine Towers.

Assumed responsibility for Holy Family Home in Parma, Ohio which has provided end-of-life care to cancer patients for 48 years.
