To be considered for employment at Rose-Mary Center, you must meet the following requirements:

· Be at least 18 years old (18 for Summer Camp)
· Have a high school diploma or GED
· Valid Ohio Driver's License (with 4 points or less)
· Good communication skills and work ethic
· Clean criminal record
· Experience with MR/DD preferred
· Ability to handle a physically demanding work environment
