Rose Mary Center School at OLA

Purpose: Rose-Mary Center School is a public school, operated by the Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County (ESCCC) with additional support from Rose-Mary Center and provides an education program for children with multiple disabilities. Each of the six classrooms has one certified teacher and two assistants serving up to eight children. An Individualized Education Program (IEP) is developed for each child and reviewed quarterly. Objectives address areas such as communication, basic daily living skills, vocational skill development and behavior management. A work-study coordinator, physical education teacher and art therapist provide additional services. Speech, occupational and physical therapists are also on-site.
Population Served: Children with multiple disabilities, grades K-12, ages 6-22.
Criteria: By referral to Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County
Fees: None, Tuition is paid by school district of student’s residence.
