Purpose: A residential treatment center that educates and habilitates developmentally disabled children and operates group homes for developmentally disabled adults.

Criteria: Applicants are evaluated by an admission team on an individual basis.

In 2004 preparations began for the opening of a new Group Home, bringing a total of seven to Rose-Mary Center

Significant effort and time was invested throughout 2004 in advocating with State and local legislatures on behalf of residential care for mentally retarded / developmentally disabled clients whose funding was threatened.
