Catholic hospital in Lorain
The Resources Mother Program of Community Health Partners is a
mission and values-based program of care designed to improve and enhance
family life for those we serve. Resource Mothers are trained to be
mentors, teachers, advocates, friends and pre-natal resource advisors to
pregnant and parenting women. Resource Mothers will offer support,
listen to you, and share with you the experience of being pregnant and a
parent.
