The Parmadale Institute charges for the services it provides.  The rates vary by service and program. The Parmadale Institute is a Title IV-E and Medicaid certified agency and happy to work with any other state agency or insurance provider.   Our Intake staff will work with placing agents to determine costs and contract requirements.
