KEYBANK - “Step Up to Work”

In partnership with KeyBank, Catholic Charities Employment and Training prepares eager and committed job seekers to enter into the banking and financial services industry. This program, which has been in existence for eight years, has been extremely successful; 80% of participants have been placed into employment.

The program includes a four-week workshop with hands-on classroom training, visits to KeyBank and individual goal setting and placement assistance from qualified staff. The Program Adminstrator, Janice Hannah-Hardy was once a recruiter for KeyBank.


Eligibility Criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screening
• A willingness to work
