Faith & Sharing Retreat July 19-22, 2012 at Ursuline College
40 years ago, Jean Vanier brought the Faith & Sharing Retreat to Cleveland. Join Fr. Jim O'Donnell & Sister "Maggie" Walsh-Conrad & the rest of the Faith & Sharing community for the "Let's Celebrate Jesus" retreat.
They will visit St. Agnes/Our Lady of Fatima & St. Augustine Church. And they will have time for prayer and small group discussion. Plus there are special programs for children and families are encouraged to attend!

Disability Services & Ministries Newsletter Fr. Joe & Sr. Corita receive Pastoral Worker of the Year Award Congratulations to Fr. Joe and Sr. Corita for receiving the Fr. David Walsh Pastoral Worker of the Year Award from the National Catholic Office for the Deaf (NCOD) on Sunday, January 15, 2012. The Rev. David Walsh Pastoral Worker of the Year Award was established to honor individuals, organizations or companies that have contributed significant dedication, support and assistance to Deaf Catholics. It is NCOD’s way of saying “thank you”, not only for a job well done but for his/her leadership role and impact among Deaf Catholics.

Catholic Charities Disability Services was recently named a 2011 Agency Partner of the Year. HandsOn partners individuals and organizations in volunteer opportunities. New Roman Missal Interpreter Training
On March 22-24, 2011 an online video
training series was created by a national team of experienced Deaf
persons, clergy, pastoral workers, and liturgical interpreters for
reference and practice while preparing to interpret the new
translation of the Roman Missal into American Sign Language for the
