Survey of Parishes

In 2006, Disability Services and Ministries conducted a survey of the 231 parishes in the Diocese of Cleveland.  We received many requests for information on parish ministries to persons with disabilities.  Click here to see the results.

ICDA-US Conference - July 2009

The International Catholic Deaf Association  (ICDA)

Chapter #18 - Cleveland Catholic Deaf Center

will host the ICDA-US Conference

July 17 to July 21, 2009 at Renaissance Hotel, downtown Cleveland


There will be
five workshops, Daily Masses, Nautica Cruise trip,

Lolley the Trolley trip and a banquet


Workshop presenters will be:  Fr Tom Coughlin - deaf priest; Deacon Patrick Graybill- deaf deacon; Kate Slosar - deaf PW; NCOD presenter (TBA); Sr Rita Wiggentin - a Sister who works in Deaf community and is fluent in ASL language
 

The theme is "Changes, Challenges, Opportunities; Trust, Faith and Hope. "

Interpreters will be provided.
