Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Position Available
The Village at St. Edward, a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community in Fairlawn, OH,
seeks an Administrator. Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, well organized and detail oriented with
documented full charge responsibility and experience in the successful implementation and monitoring of programs and services.
A strong IT background and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Operational and EMR Programs. A team-oriented leader with the
proven ability to deliver high-quality customer experiences in an environment that caters to an older adult population is a must.
A current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health Care Administration, are required
and a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in Long Term Care Administration. Advanced degree preferred.
