Purpose: A research-based, intensive home visitation program that promotes language, literacy and school success through reading, play and verbal interaction between parent and child.

Population Served: Low income families with children 18 months to 3 years of age.

Criteria: Low income, at-risk families or caregivers of young children, aged 18 months to 3 years.

Fees: There is no charge for this service.

Major Funders: Funded by various grants.
