Purpose: To provide a safe program to older adults through adult day care, adult development, transportation, congregate meals, home delivered meal, and supportive services.

Population Served: Seniors over the age of 60, residing in the Glenville, Collinwood and Forest Hills area.

Criteria: Age 60+ and must meet income guidelines.

Fees: Self pay if income exceeds income guidelines.

Major Funders: Department of Senior and Adult Services; Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, City of Cleveland Community Development Block Grant,
