Purpose: To provide after school intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for chemically dependent youth. Typical length of involvement is three months (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00 – 7:30 p.m. Family Group on Wednesday evening)

Population Served: Youth up to 21 years of age, diagnosed as chemically dependent, residing in Cuyahoga County.

Criteria: Prior assessment; have a substance dependence diagnosis and determined to be appropriate for this level of care. Capable of traveling to IOP site three days per week after school.

Fees: $136.90 per day; sliding fee scale available, Medicaid.

Major Funders: Medicaid; Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County; Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court and Drug Court
