Purpose: To provide intensive outpatient treatment for substance dependent/drug addicted men and women. Also provides services to persons with co-occurring mental health and substance problems. Typical length of stay is 12 weeks, plus aftercare (phase II). Meets Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Population Served: Men and women 18 years of age and older; residing in Cuyahoga County.

Criteria:Dependency or addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs and functioning at a level sufficient to benefit from a group treatment environment.

Fees: $136.90 per day; sliding fee scale available, third party reimbursement; Medicaid.

Major Funders: Medicaid; self-pay.
