Purpose: To provide assessment, case management, service brokerage to access treatment and some payment for treatment.

Population Served: Youth up to 21 and their families; must be resident of Cuyahoga County.

Criteria: Youth who present a concern about alcohol/other drug use and who live in Cuyahoga County. Contact Intake Coordinator at 216-391-2064, ext 25

Fees: Vary between $80 – 100 per hour; sliding scale and Medicaid accepted.
