Purpose: To provide primary residential treatment for substance dependent/drug addicted men. Also provides services to men with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse problems. Typical length of stay is 45 days.

Population Served: Adult males with alcohol and drug problems, homeless, indigent, criminal offenders and dual-diagnosed clients residing in Cuyahoga County.

Criteria: Adult male (18 years or older), diagnosis of chemical dependency, medically and psychiatrically stable, behaviorally-manageable in a group setting with cognitive and reasoning abilities sufficient to benefit from treatment experience. Is willing and motivated to participate in a 12-Step recovery program.

Fees: $146.70 per day; sliding fee scale available, third party reimbursement; Medicaid. .

Major Funders: Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services; Adult Probation (Cuyahoga County); Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County; Medicaid; self-pay.
