Purpose: Dual diagnosis residential treatment for boys (alcohol and other drug dependence and mental health).

Population Served: Boys 12-18 years of age who have a diagnosed substance dependence and mental health diagnosis. Usually referred by the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services, Juvenile Court; other county systems. 12-14 beds

Criteria: Youth is in need of residential treatment for severe symptoms indicating alcohol and/or other drug dependence along with mental health issues/needs. Length of stay is typically 4 to 6 months.

Fees: Approximately $330 per day; Medicaid; contract of county system.

Major Funders: Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services; Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County; Medicaid through Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services; Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court; Summit County Department of Children Services and/or Juvenile Court.
