Designed to serve relatives raising a child other than their own. Provides home visits, monthly newsletter, monthly support group meetings, respite care dollars available (monies to pay for child care so caregivers may attend support group meeting).

Population Served: Relatives who are raising a child, age birth to 18, other than their own.

Criteria: Ashland County resident who is raising a relative child, age birth to 18. Proof of income required at program registration. Must fall within 200 percent of federal poverty guideline.

Fees: There is no fee for program participants.

Major Funders: Ashland County Department of Job and Family Services.
