Purpose: To provide screening, medical follow-along, physical growth monitoring, intake services and referrals for as well as on-going coordination of services for families of developmentally delayed or disabled children..

Population Served: Parents and children aged 0-3 years

Criteria: Determined developmentally delayed or disabled.

Fees: There is no charge for this service.

Major Funders: Ashland County Department of Job and Family Services through Ashland County FCFC; Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Early Intervention Services.
