Purpose: A comprehensive system of adoption, foster care and birth family services, with a focus on helping families to make informed decisions regarding adoption of children from birth to 18 years of age, including international and special needs adoptions. Offers a range of options for ongoing contact among birth families and adoptive family members.

Population Served: Serves persons throughout the eight counties of the Diocese of Cleveland, regardless of race or religious beliefs, providing adoption for infants, toddlers, pre-teens, teens, special needs and international children aged 0-18.

Criteria: Couples and/or individuals interested in expanding their families through adoptions. Birth parents considering adoption.

Fees: Sliding fee scale for adoptive families. No fees for birth families.

Major Funders: Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services; Adoptive families
