Purpose: To serve and be a presence of Christ to the poor, forgotten and frail elderly, providing spiritual/pastoral care; case management; holiday meals; escort and/or transportation services; interpretation/translation services; and social and recreational activities.

Population Served: Elderly, 60 years and older.

Criteria: The program prioritizes the cultural and language needs of limited speaking elders and low-income individuals. In conjunction with Holy Family Home hospice care, pastoral care is provided terminally ill people and their families in need of loving and compassionate care.

Fees: There are no fees for this service; donations are accepted.
