Purpose: To obtain access for persons with mental and physical disabilities, including special needs, mental illness, deaf or hearing impaired, blind or visually impaired, to Church and society, and at the same time, assist them to develop their gifts so that they can take leadership roles within Church and within the community. In addition, support is offered to family members who provide for the disabled person.
Population Served: Persons with special needs, including mental illness; physical disabilities; deaf/hearing impaired; blind/visually impaired.
Criteria: A person must be diagnosed as mentally ill or be a family member and/or professionals and volunteers who serve persons with mental illness.
Fees: Minimal fees vary according to service provided.
