J. Thomas Mullen, President and Chief Executive Officer

Catholic Charities provides direction, governance, integration, management, supervision and leadership within the Diocese of Cleveland in the ever-changing social and economic environment in which we live. These responsibilities include: Catholic Charities services in social, parish and healthcare delivery, Catholic Charities Annual Appeal, Catholic Charities facilities and housing, social action programs, Catholic Relief Services, and the Campaign for Human Development of the Diocese of Cleveland. Characterized by the respect for the dignity of person, concern for the poor, justice, hope and stewardship, Catholic Charities is structured to maximize the effectiveness of services to the people of the communities and parishes we serve.

This is accomplished through several entities and we are blessed with competent leadership and skilled employees in all areas of service. We are dedicated to be collaborative and to interact with public and private health and human service organizations at local, diocesan, state and national levels. In this way, we can serve the people of Cleveland Catholic Diocese in the most effective way.
