Community Services is comprised of three family centers in Cuyahoga County – Fatima, St. Martin de Porres, and St. Philip Neri – and sites in Ashland, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina and Wayne Counties.
The Hispanic Senior Center, which is located on the near west side
of Cleveland, offers culturally-specific programs and services to
Hispanic older adults. Three
early learning centers and eleven Head Start programs also are part of Catholic Charities Community Services.
Our family centers focus on the strength of each individual and family and offer programs to further educate, inform, entertain and provide for residents in their neighborhoods. Our
early learning centers and Head Start programs provide stimulating activities in a child-centered environment that prepare children for kindergarten and beyond. Services provided in outlying counties include, but are not limited to mental health counseling, services for older adults, prevention programs, employment services for teens, hot meals,
pantry, and emergency services.
Our Employment and Training office helps people prepare for job
searches, and identify potential employers and assist in placing
individuals in jobs.
