Purpose: To provide quality care and services to 100 elderly residents in a licensed and dual certified intermediate and skilled nursing facility, staffed by the Sisters of St. Joseph of St. Mark.

Continuum of Care: Skilled care, long term care, respite care, rehabilitation, hospice, transportation assistance, and volunteer opportunities.
