Purpose: To provide a range of complementary services in a 100-bed skilled nursing facility with 26 assisted living suites, 73 assisted living apartments and 77 independent living apartments, dedicated to promote a quality of life that meets the spiritual, physical and psychosocial needs of its residents.
Continuum of Care: Independent living, assisted living, skilled care, long term care, respite, rehabilitation, hospice, home health care, transportation services, support groups, and volunteer opportunities.
