Purpose: A collaborative organization of Catholic health, human
services and education ministries. Provider members partner to promote and
sustain Catholic sponsored education, health, social services parish and
community outreach to respond to the needs of persons within the Diocese of
Cleveland.
Population Served: Provider organizations serve all people
regardless of economic status, ethnicity or faith traditions.

Provider members partner with each other through education, health and human services and parish and community outreach. Examples of collaborative initiatives include: Abundant Life model development, Catholic Social Teaching Series, Spirit Odyssey conferences, Group Purchasing, , Deaf/Hearing Impaired Center of Excellence at St. Vincent Charity Hospital, Interface with Vibrant Parish Life, Leadership Certificate Program, Case Management Resource Center, Blazing Trails , and Ameri Corps-Resiliency Corps program
