Catholic Charities Annual Appeal
Established as the Board of Charities by Bishop John P. Farrelly in 1912, Catholic Charities still today raises needed funding, primarily by conducting the annual Catholic Charities Appeal, in support of the health and human service needs of the people of the Diocese of Cleveland. The Catholic Charities Corporation in conjunction with the Catholic Community Foundation conducts the Catholic Charities Annual Appeal in Catholic Churches and among the Catholic faithful of the Diocese of Cleveland. In 2012 the Appeal raised close to $11 million in pledges and over $2 million in bequest and trust income for Catholic Charities’ programs and services.

During this Year of Faith, the 2013 Catholic Charities Annual Appeal invites you to deepen your relationship with Christ by responding as He did to people who are marginalized and suffering.
